Educational Visits
At Woodthorpe our children enjoy a wealth of educational visits that support our broad and balanced curriculum and extend learning beyond the walls of the classroom.
Residential VISITS
At Woodthorpe we offer school residential visits throughout Key Stage 2. Our Year 3 and 4 classes travel to Blackwell Adventure, located near Bromsgrove, for a three day / two night activity package where we stay in the manor house.
In upper Key Stage 2 we travel to the Red Ridge Outdoor Centre, near Welshpool, in Wales. The children complete a wide range of both outdoor and indoor activities during the five day / four night trip.
